“Bible” is in the middle of our church’s name for good reason; it is what we teach. Every sermon is preached from the Bible and all messages are expository (meaning explaining the God-intended meaning of each text and what it requires by carefully observing it’s original context).

We believe God’s Word alone is fully inspired, inerrant, infallible, authoritative, and sufficient for everything pertaining to life and godliness (2 Tim. 3:14-17; 2 Peter 1:3-4; 16-21; 1 Thess. 2:13; Mat. 5:18; Luke 16:17, 19-30; John 10:35; Psalm 19:7-14; 119:89; 138:2). Furthermore, 2 Timothy 3:15-17 tells us that the Word of God alone is sufficient to save us , to sanctify us and to equip us for every good work.

FBC, therefore, seeks to rightly divide the Word (2 Tim. 2:15) through faithful preaching and teaching the Bible, in all of its fullness (Acts 20:27), by the power of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 2:1-5), every time a pastor or elder teaches from the pulpit.
